The University of Rzeszów signed an agreement with the Chinese Jilin University. It concerns in particular the cooperation between the Center for Microelectronics and Nanotechnology of the University of Rzeszów and the International Center for Modern Science of the University of Jilin – said Dr. Maciej Ulita, a spokesman for the Rzeszów University.

In addition to the standard scope of cooperation consisting in the mutual exchange of experiences, the agreement includes bilateral mobility of the teaching and didactic staff or the co-organization of scientific conferences and the implementation of joint research projects.

The first goal is to submit a joint SHENG project – as part of the Polish-Chinese Foundation of Initiatives. The project concerns nonlinear completely dielectric topological structures (metamaterials).
