The Kalisz Academy was the laureate of the 12th “University of leaders 2022” competition, and the university rector, prof. Andrzej Wojtyła received a special award “Aurea Praxis” for his special, personal commitment to the development and promotion of the idea of education for the labor market and business practice.

In the “University of Leaders” program, universities and their organizational units are accredited, distinguishing themselves on the market by activities focused on educating social leaders, building a civil society, shaping democratic and participatory attitudes, and effective practical education of students.

The “University of Leaders” certificates have been awarded since 2011 to academic institutions that make efforts to educate graduates who are attractive to the labor market, are open to changes, and are prepared to effectively pursue their own professional goals in the knowledge economy.
