Scientists from the Kielce University of Technology designed and built from scratch eight unique research stands of the recently opened Research and Development Center of the Rolling Bearing Factory (FŁT) in Kraśnik.
-Such research devices are unavailable in everyday trade; they cannot be bought but only constructed by ourselves. In general, in the rolling bearing industry, all research equipment is developed by bearing companies for themselves – explained Ryszard Domagalski from the Kielce University of Technology.
Prof. Stanisław Adamczak from the Kielce University of Technology is convinced that no company that produces bearings in the world has such solutions.
The Research and Development Center is the culmination of nearly 50 years of cooperation between scientists from the University of Technology and the FŁT Factory in Kraśnik as well as an example of successful cooperation between science and business.
-Industry without science is blind, while science without industry is dead – says Prof. Zbigniew Koruba, rector of the Kielce University of Technology.
