Kozminski Academy (ALK) in Warsaw signed an agreement on scientific and didactic cooperation with the National Center for Nuclear Research (NCBJ), which includes, among others, joint research projects, the development of analytical tools and the application of artificial intelligence in the analysis of large data sets.
Researchers and IT specialists at the National Center for Nuclear Research have quite rare skills acquired during the processing and analysis of a huge amount of data that we have been dealing with in physical experiments for many years – said the NCBJ director Prof. Krzysztof Kurek.
There is a lot of evidence that these skills and tools and methods developed by physicists can be successfully applied to the analysis of social, economic and economic processes and phenomena. Our scientists already have achievements in this field, in particular in the area of medical data analysis. We are sure that together with colleagues from ALK we will be able to broaden this list of achievements considerably – added the NCBJ director.
