In October 2023, the first one-year postgraduate course “Commercial real estate” will be launched at Kozminski University (ALK) in Warsaw. The content partner and co-creator of the course is the team of the international consulting agency Cushman & Wakefield. Enrolment in the course will continue until 15 September.

‘Real estate is one of the most diversified branches of the Polish economy and undoubtedly a sector that has undergone very significant changes in recent years. Observing macroeconomic, investment, technological, consumer and sustainability trends, it is clear that a tailor-made offer for those wishing to develop in this sector would be created here’, emphasises Dr Sylwia Hałas-Dej, Dean of the Centre for Consultancy and Management Training at ALK.

Representatives of Cushman & Wakefield will conduct a significant part of the classes planned in the study programme.

In addition to theoretical classes and workshops on valuation, financing, commercialisation and sales of real estate, the study programme includes visits to top properties in Warsaw.
