The Krakow University of Economics (UEK) has received the HR Excellence in Research award, granted by the European Commission. Thus, the University joined the prestigious group of institutions authorized to use the label of promoting a stimulating favorable work environment for scientists.

The granting HR Excellence in Research logo is one of the activities of the European Commission as part of the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) strategy to increase the attractiveness of working conditions and career development of researchers, while observing the principles and guidelines contained in the European Charter for Researchers and Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.

Institutions awarded with the HR Excellence award are systematically evaluated in terms of maintaining the standards adopted by the European Commission.
