The students can submit electronic applications for the Doctoral School of the Krakow University of Technology (PK) from September 1, 2019. The application process will be conducted in several stages.
Substantive supervision over the school is exercised by the Council of the PK Doctoral School. It is headed by the chairwoman Dr Eng. Małgorzata Cimochowicz-Rybicka and includes representatives of the disciplines of the university and a representative of the Doctoral Student Council.
It is worth reminding that the Act on Higher Education and Science has replaced doctoral studies (third cycle studies) with doctoral schools. The PK Doctoral School was established by order of the university rector of May 29, 2019. In accordance with the adopted principles, this new organization will provide education in scientific disciplines in which Krakow University of Technology has the right to award doctoral titles.
