Leadership Academy for Poland, one of the best leadership development programs in Europe, has been launched for the fourth time. The Academy looks for candidates who have already experience as leaders and want to develop their competences. The program is addressed to people actively working in the business sector, education, non-profit organizations, public administration, media, culture and sports or in the startups.

Applications can be sent until May 20, 2019. One of the partners to participate in the Academy is the Foundation for Polish Science.

Classes that will be held in Poland and will be led by the lecturers of Harvard University and London Business School. Leadership Academy for Poland is the only program based on the unique 4D-Experience Leadership method. Participants are developing leadership competences in the leadership in the organization, understanding the motivation of employees, building long-term teams, management of the complexity of the environment and self-improvement, sources of motivation and relation to other people and the world).
