On the initiative of the LiderShe Association in the academic year 2022/2023 at the Kozminski University in Warsaw, the LiderShe Academy of Women Leadership will be launched for the fifth time.
These are unique studies created by women – for women – emphasizes Kozminski University. The program is aimed at women leaders who have the ambition to run for top management positions and play leading roles in their industries. During the academic year, students gain knowledge in various areas related to self, organization and team management.
This year, future leaders will once again have the opportunity to apply for a scholarship. It is awarded to women focused on personal development who are socially active, especially in supporting other women. The scholarship covers 50% of the tuition costs.
