The European Commission has granted the Lodz University of Technology the award “HR Excellence in Research” for the following years. Earlier, it accepted the report on the implementation of the activities carried out so far and the proposal for a refreshed “Action Plan for 2018-2021”.

– The distinction of HR Excellence in Research shows that the Lodz University of Technology dynamically adapts to the needs of scientists, striving to provide them with the best possible conditions for conducting research. In addition, thanks to the distinction, we are even better recognized internationally as a reliable partner, offering high standards of employment and research – says prof. Sławomir Wiak, rector of the Lodz University of Technology.

Lodz University of Technology is the first technical university in Poland that has implemented the HR Strategy for Researchers. Already in 2016, it received the prestigious “HR Excellence in Research” award.
