Rector of the Lodz University of Technology (TUL) Prof. Krzysztof Jóźwik and the president of Whirlpool Company Polska Fabio Pommella have signed a letter of intent on cooperation. One of its goals is to implement the program of student internships, as part of activities and projects carried out by the American concern in Poland.     

Ultimately, TUL and Whirlpool Company Polska are planning to introduce a dual model of education, addressed to students of many faculties, at various stages of education.

-One of our priorities is to combine education at the Lodz University of Technology with practice in the world’s best companies. From now on, we can offer our students the opportunity to gain professional experience in Whirlpool Company Polska, a company using the latest technologies and design. Graduates with such well-developed competences and experience will surely find a job on the labor market quickly – said Prof. Krzysztof Jóźwik, Rector of Lodz University of Technology.

The TUL Career Office will supervise the promotion of joint initiatives as well as the course of subsequent cooperation among students.
