The TYGIEL Foundation for the Promotion of Science and Development is organizing the 4th National Scientific Conference “Terrorism – threats, prevention, perspectives”, which will take place in Lublin on February 21, 2020.
The purpose of the event is to exchange knowledge, experience and, above all to launch a comprehensive, scientific discussion on the problem of terrorism on many levels. The organizers are planning to hold a discussion on “the reflection which will cover not only contemporary forms of terrorism, but also its historical aspects and future prospects.” The TYGIEL Foundation emphasizes that during the conference, apart from theoretical considerations about the phenomenon of terrorism, participants will be able to learn practical preventive solutions and solutions aimed at eliminating the effects of attacks.
The phenomenon of terrorism covers most fields of science, including the use of psychology, politics, sociology, biology, chemistry and information technology tools. This is due to its ubiquitous impact affecting all citizens.
