The Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS) in Lublin is inviting participants to the largest event addressed to candidates for studies. On March 6, 2020, UMCS is launching Open Doors.
During the UMCS Open Doors, the university will present its educational offer and explain secondary school graduates the application process and the requirements for studies.
During the event, students will be able to go to six special thematic zones. The education area will include the presentation of the UMCS educational offer, in the student area they will see what is happening outside the lecture hall and what everyday student life looks like.
The HI-TECH zone will allow guests to get acquainted with the latest technologies, and in the competence development zone vocational counselors provide consultations, during which specialists will help determine secondary school graduates in what field of study will best use their predispositions and interests.
The foreigner’s zone is called “consultation and information point” run in Ukrainian, Russian and English, while the chillout zone is a place filled with poufs and sunbeds where future students will be able to relax.
