The Mayor of Warsaw is inviting the MA and PhD students, who wrote their theses and doctoral dissertations defended at Warsaw universities in 2019 to apply for the President’s Award for diploma theses on the development of Warsaw.

Due to the epidemiological situation, the deadline for submissions was extended till 19 June 2020.
Interested students can apply for the Prize by traditional post or through electronic submission of their works to the address: naukowa@um.warszawa.pl

The jury will take into account following aspects: placing the research problem in the context of Warsaw’s development; scientific value of work, including general methodology and the way the problem is presented; social value – the impact of research results and conclusions on the development of Warsaw; practical possibility to use research results and conclusions in projects implemented by the capital city of Warsaw.
