The Mazovia Academy in Plock has opened a virtual shooting range, which supports the pillars of security and is one of the innovative workshops for the education of internal security and internal security with public administration.

The multimedia workshop mainly improves shooting skills, as well as safety procedures related to the handling of weapons. It is equipped with gun replicas that fully imitate the sound of a shot and the phenomenon of recoil. “Thanks to funding from Płock’s city budget, we have another modern equipped laboratory”, said Professor Maciej Słodki, rector of the Mazovia Academy.

The virtual shooting range allows the use of the ‘Duel’ training system, which was developed for the civilian market. In the studio, students will be able to practise their shooting skills using several training weapons. At different virtual distances and from different shooting stances, they aim at moving targets under varying lighting conditions and limited visibility.
