Technology Transfer Center of the Pomeranian Medical University (CTT PUM) in Szczecin received gold medals for the presentation of five inventions during the International Exhibition of Intellectual Property, Inventions and Innovation IPITEX 2019 in Bangkok.

The exhibition on the occasion of the Thai Inventors’ Day presents 434 solutions from 25 countries. Szczecin Center received gold medals for the presentation of inventions: Method for detecting the first episode of psychosis; Umbilical cord collection kit; A kit for the treatment of HIV and HCV through the use of virtual algorithms and QR codes; The prototype of the impression tray for unilateral missing teeth in the jaw and the Mobile application for sexual health.

The inventions awarded in Bangkok were created as part of the “Incubator of Innovation +” program, implemented by the medical and maritime MareMed consortium, which includes CTT PUM and the Innovation Center of the Maritime University of Szczecin.
