Medical major chosen the most popular degree course at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University

The majors of medicine, psychology and economics are the studies which were chosen most often by future students in the first part of application process at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University (UKSW) in Warsaw.

The medicine study was again the most popular with over 13 candidates applied for one place. The following positions were taken by: psychology (10.63), economy (7.36) and international relations (4.91).

The top ten of the most popular studies also included: sociology (4.23), law (4.05), computer science (3.66), European studies (3.52), pedagogy (3.38) and journalism (3.37).

The number of applicants for full-time studies this year at the UKSW amounted to 9,936 people., The university admitted 2,436 new students after the first part of application process.
