The Medical Research Agency, the Medical University of Wrocław and the Association for Good Clinical Research Practice in Poland are launching a joint project – Academy of Clinical Research. The scientists’ goal is to improve the quality of the health care system by optimizing costs and improving clinical trials implementation processes.

The Academy’s task is to raise the level of knowledge and skills of members of research teams employed in medical entities that provide hospital services, in the founding organizations of medical entities (medical universities) and among doctors working in primary healthcare facilities.

The scope of activities includes training, conferences, workshops, postgraduate studies and a study trip. In order to implement the project, an individual substantive program will be created, tailored to the needs of all participants and target groups, covering topics related to planning, methodology and conducting clinical trials.
