The Silesian Medical University has started cooperation with Kamsoft Pomorze, which has been effectively implementing IT systems for the medical and pharmaceutical sector for years. The implementation and development of modern technologies in medicine are priority research and teaching directions of the SUM.
Kamsoft Pomorze also sells software for pharmacy, medicine, business management (ERP), electronic communication, as well as providing consulting, training, and implementation services.
SUM’s cooperation with Kamsoft Pomorze is to introduce eRUM – software for medical practices for both dentists and specialists in other fields into didactics. This will provide students with access to the latest IT systems enabling advances in computerisation in medicine and healthcare.
