The Medical University of Silesia is inviting participants to the 1st Conference “The risk of obesity in various stages of life”, implemented as part of the program of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education “Social Responsibility of Science – Popularization of Science and Promotion of Sport”. The conference will be held on May 19.
The main aim of the conference is to raise awareness of the problem of obesity in all age groups and to propose solutions that will help in better understanding of the disease, its treatment and prevention. The conference will be held online using the ZOOM platform, the lecturers are recognized experts from the Medical University of Silesia.
The organizers want to confront and compare the issues of obesity in the form of a discussion between scholars representing various disciplines within the field of medical sciences and health sciences and participants with practical knowledge.
