The authorities of the Medical University of Warsaw (MUW) and the Institute of Animal Genetics and Biotechnology of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IGiBZ PAN) have concluded two agreements: a framework agreement on scientific and didactic cooperation and on the education of doctoral students of the Institute at the Doctoral School of the Medical University of Warsaw.

The agreement on scientific and didactic cooperation concerns the establishment of rules for the exchange of research workers, doctoral students and students, as well as for the conduct of joint research and the provision of mutual teaching services by employees of both institutions. The project implementation period is set for 4 years, starting from September 1, 2020.

The second agreement defines the principles of cooperation between the Medical University of Warsaw and IGiBZ PAN in the field of educating doctoral students from the Institute in the Doctoral School of the Medical University of Warsaw, financing doctoral scholarships and research carried out under the doctoral students’ research plan.
