The scholars of the Medical University of Wroclaw have developed a Practical First Aid Guide with instructions on how to deal with the most common health and life risks.

In the guide, there are presented ways to deal with the 20 most common emergency situations, including children emergency cases with explanation how to effectively help in the event of cardiac arrest, how to recognize the symptoms of stroke and how to use the automated AED defibrillator.

Each instruction includes photos and short descriptions linked by arrows indicating the order of the proceedings. The back cover has been divided into flashcards with help instructions in nine situations. After cutting, each of them easily fits in the wallet.
