Warsaw University of Technology hosted a meeting of representatives from 12 Polish and 10 Spanish universities to discuss international cooperation and support for academic mobility.
This was the first event of its kind held during the Spanish Presidency of the European Union, organised by the Spanish Agency for the Internationalisation of Education (SEPIE) and the National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA). During the meeting, the roles of both institutions in the internationalisation and strengthening of bilateral cooperation were presented.
“Through initiatives such as NAWA’s SPINAKER Programme, NAWA’s PROM and Academic Partnerships, Poland and Spain have created a solid network of academic and research contacts. This meeting provides a valuable opportunity for researchers, students, and institutions to meet, exchange ideas and explore further opportunities for collaboration, strengthening the unbreakable bond that has been established through joint research ventures” concluded NAWA Director Dr Dawid Kostecki.
