The Rector of the University of Agriculture in Krakow (URK), Dr Sylwester Tabor, URK, and the President of the National Property Stock (KZN), Arkadiusz Urban, signed an agreement on cooperation, which is to include, among other things, cooperation in teaching, research and development and scientific work, joint activities to obtain funding for individual projects and cooperation between the two entities to implement projects.

The National Property Stock manages the State Treasury’s real estate, which is part of the KZN stock, and also carries out analytical activities in the field of housing, real estate management, construction, planning and spatial development and revitalisation. 

One of KZN’s missions is to support rental housing, in particular to undertake activities related to acquiring real estate for the KZN Stock and allocating it for housing investments.
