Minister of Science and Higher Education Wojciech Murdzek appealed to the rectors of the university to consider the appointment of academic ombudsmen for matters of mobbing and equal treatment.

The head of the ministry of science recommended considering the appointment of an academic ombudsman of academic rights and values at the university. His task would include support of students and university staff in resolving conflict situations and ensuring equal treatment and respect for all members of the academic community.

Minister Murdzek reminded that the idea of ​ appointing Ombudsman or academic spokesperson appeared in the reform of higher education and science, and also it is an example of a practice supporting universities in implementing the provisions of the Law on Higher Education and Science.
