The Ministry of Education and Science (MEiN) hosted the first meeting of the Advisory Team for Supporting Activities for the Promotion of Polish Science. During the meeting, the purpose of establishing the team and its main tasks were presented. 

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister of Education and Science Wojciech Murdzek, who pointed out the directions of action that should be taken to increase the chances of success of Polish scientists. He drew attention to the development of proposals for solutions, including legal solutions, to support activities to promote Polish science and strengthen the position of Polish scientists in the international arena.

The deputy head of the Ministry of Education and Science also pointed out the need to take care of the highest quality of science and the necessity of its wide promotion. 

“Professionalisation in the preparation of materials that describe what universities do makes us several positions higher in various situations. This is a signal to us that the main idea is to simultaneously take care of the highest quality of science and promote it,” said Murdzek.
