The Ministry of National Defense is inviting participants to the competition for the Marian Rejewski Award for the best engineering, bachelor’s and master’s thesis and doctoral dissertation on cybersecurity and cryptology.
Only the authors of the works may apply for the competition until August 16, 2021.
The competition is held in two categories: Competition for the best engineering, BA and MA thesis and Competition for the best doctoral dissertation.
Competition participants in the first category may be persons who have defended their engineering, bachelor’s or master ‘s thesis at a university located in Poland, no earlier than October 1, 2019.
The participants of the Competition in the 2nd category may be persons who defended their doctoral dissertations, not earlier than on October 1, 2018, in Poland, which allowed the university to award them degrees of a doctor.
The winner of the competition in the 1st category will receive a prize of PLN 8,000, and in the 2nd category – PLN 12,000.
