The Catholic University of Lublin (KUL) has received PLN 2 million for implementation of investment projects under the project “Construction of security systems for KUL buildings.”

Agreements for obtaining funding were signed by Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education Prof. Andrzej Stanisławek and Rector of the Catholic University of Lublin Prof. Antoni Dębiński.
As part of the project, the IP video monitoring system will be expanded by approx. 500 cameras with recorders and the necessary teletechnical infrastructure as well as a system for securely issuing keys in selected facilities.

The university’s own contribution is 500,000 PLN. The implementation of the system is to improve the safety of students, employees and visitors visiting KUL.
