The Ministry of Science and Higher Education awarded the AGH University of Science and Technology (AGH) in Krakow additional funding in the amount of PLN 100 million in state bonds.

The funding will support the implementation of the special “AGH Multi-Year Plan” prepared by the university authorities for the 100th anniversary of AGH.

The funds awarded by AGH will be allocated to complete the construction of the building for the Faculty of Physics and Applied Computer Science; modernization of the D-8 building, where researchers will deal with foundry, cybersecurity and energy; construction of a multi-functional sports hall and construction of the Student Construction Center, which will create conditions to create and support the development of interdisciplinary student projects, such as cars (AGH Racing), electric motorcycle (e-MOTO), solar boat (AGH Solar Boat), Mars rover (AGH Space Systems).
