A modern biogas plant developed with use of entirely Polish technical and technological solutions was opened at the Przybroda Agricultural and Orchard Farm of Agricultural Experimental Station of the Poznań University of Life Sciences.

The biogas plant is characterized by very high fermentation efficiency obtained due to the separation of the first part of fermentation in a hydrolyzer working with unique bacterial cultures and an extremely effective mixing system. The installation can be powered by a very wide range of substrates – from typically agricultural materials such as animal droppings, decoctions and straw, to various types of waste from agri-food processing.

Thanks to the modular construction, using mainly bolted steel elements as a construction material, it is possible to deliver the installation to the construction site in containers and quick assembly. This technology has huge export potential.
