The National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) has awarded NAWA accreditations to eleven Polish higher education institutions for the provision of Polish language courses between 2023 and 2026.

The applicants applied for the Agency’s accreditation to run Polish language courses, both two-semester courses, conducted under the NAWA Preparatory Courses programme, and summer courses (remote and on-site), under the NAWA Summer Courses programme. Eighteen academic centres applied for NAWA accreditation.

With the NAWA accreditation received, universities will be able to apply for funding for preparatory courses delivered in the academic years 2023/2024-2025/2026 and for summer courses delivered in 2024-2026.

Nine universities and two technical universities have received accreditation.
