The National Academic Exchange Agency (NAWA) has started the selection of projects for the second Polish Returns program, which is addressed to Polish researchers working at universities around the world. Its aim is to encourage the return of native scientists who are successful in scientific and teaching works in foreign research centers.

The Polish Returns program is the only grant offering Polish scientists residing in research  centers abroad the opportunity to return to Poland in order to create their own project group and conduct research taking into account world-class financial conditions.
22 projects were financed in the first program in 2018.
