The National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) has announced the results of the third Stanisław Ulam Program. The Agency is inviting outstanding foreign scientists to cooperate with Polish science and higher education institutions.      

Under the third scholarship program, NAWA will award 51 scientists whose research stays at Polish universities and in research institutes will start from January 2022.

The scholarship recipients were selected from among 291 people interested in conducting research in Poland. The selected beneficiaries include four scientists who will receive funding for the implementation of projects under the Ulam Program – Seal of Excellence.

Researchers from 18 countries applied and were applications selected for funding. Most applicants are from India, Iran, Germany, Italy, Great Britain, the United States and China.
