-We are preparing a program “Polish Returns for Biomedical Sciences” to invite Polish scientists with large scientific achievements abroad to help us in the fight against the pandemic in Poland. It is an action to bring doctors, pharmacists, representatives of biomedical sciences back to Poland- announced Dr Grażyna Żebrowska, director of the National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA).
Dr Żebrowska informs that in response to COVID-19 NaWA will launch two completely new programs: Intervention Grants, supporting research teams or individual mobility of an international nature in response to important, unforeseen events and Spinaker – Intensive Programs, whose main goal will be to develop international cooperation in the age of virtual mobility through the creation and implementation of intensive courses, summer and winter schools, supporting real, virtual and mixed mobility of scientists.
