The National Center for Research and Development (NCBR) has signed an agreement with the National Research Fund of Ukraine for organization of joint bilateral competitions, exchange of knowledge and best practices, and promotion of the participation of Polish and Ukrainian experts in the process of evaluation of applications in competitions of both institutions.

-I am glad that the National Research Fund of Ukraine becomes one of our most important foreign partners. This is a chance for Polish scientific organizations to establish new research contacts. For both institutions it is also an opportunity to jointly participate in projects such as Twinning and TAIEX, i.e. aid programs addressed to the countries neighboring the EU, – said Dr Wojciech Kamieniecki, director of the NCBR.

The National Research Fund of Ukraine is a state government agency whose main goal is to support the implementation of basic research and development work in priority areas of science and technology.
