Łukasz Kierznowski, MA of the Law Faculty of the University of Bialystok (UW) became the chairman of the National PhD Students’ Representation (KRD) for the period from 1 January 2019 to 1 January 2020.

MA Łukasz Kierznowski is employed at the Administrative Proceedings Department at the Law Faculty of the University of Bialystok. He is also a PhD student and he scientifically specializes in the law of higher education and science. He has extensive experience in student activities; he was a chairman of the Faculty Council of the Student Government and vice-chairman of the KRD.

The National Representation of PhD Students is a nationwide representation of PhD students. It has the right to express opinions and present conclusions regarding matters concerning all PhD students, including opinions on their normative acts.
