The National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR) has announced the results of the Fast Track ‘Digital Innovations’ competition, implemented with funds from the European Funds – Intelligent Development Programme. 117 projects were selected for co-financing, and will receive a total of more than PLN 800 million for the implementation of research and development works.

The Fast Track ‘Digital Innovations’ competition was aimed at enterprises implementing a project on their own, consortia of enterprises and scientific and industrial consortia. 

When organising the competition, NCBR focused on technologies related to digitisation, which in the coming years will be one of the key factors in building the competitive edge of the Polish economy”, said Dr Paweł Kuch, acting director of NCBR.

18 of the selected projects will be implemented in the Mazovian Voivodship, including 17 projects by entities from the SME (small and medium-sized enterprises) sector, and 99 projects will be carried out in other voivodships, including 82 projects submitted by entities from the SME sector.
