Confucius Institute at the University of Wroclaw has a new headquarters. The renovation of the building at ul. Kręta 1 was carried out in three months. This is not the end, soon the building will be provided with a Chinese garden.
In the opinion of Prof. Adam Jezierski,  the rector of the University, the new headquarters for the Confucius Institute was needed. – We have more and more students, and more and more guests come to open lectures and other events organized by the Institute – said the rector.
The Institute is primarily a scientific institution of the Wrocław University cooperating with the university in Xiamen. The Confucius Institute may be a small element in the structure of the University, but it is quite important. It is such a Chinese “outpost”, and yet China is an economic and scientific power, this cooperation is therefore of particular importance – said Prof. Jezierski.
