The Institute of Slavic Philology at the Maria Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin launches a new specialty in the academic year 2018/2019. The Russian language with English in handling border traffic is to prepare specialists in the field of border traffic and customs services.

In the new specialty, students will acquire professional qualifications, theoretical knowledge, practical skills and cultural competences that are necessary to perform the profession of customs officer, customs agent, border traffic specialist. In addition, this specialty will allow them to master the ability to use professional terminology and nomenclature in the field of administration, trade and tourism – informs the Lublin university.
