University of Gdańsk offers 78 majors and 223 specialties in 1st and 2nd degree studies as well as master’s studies in the new academic year. – We also offer PhD studies and the opportunity to improve professional qualifications at post-graduate studies – announces the spokesman of the university, Dr Beata Czechowska-Derkacz.

In the new academic year in Gdańsk students will be able to study 4 new majors – 2 in Polish Natural Resources Protection and Experimental Genetics and Biology and 2 in English Intercultural and Business Relations in Europe and Cultural Communication.

New directions meet the needs of the labor market and civilization challenges. They are interdisciplinary as acquiring knowledge and developing skills in various fields increases the chances of graduates in the labor market. They are created in cooperation with experts and future employers, and the practice internships will be provided in the best institutions and enterprises.
