The Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń will implement the project “Invisible, absent, necessary. University administration for scientific excellence”. The Ministry of Science and Higher Education allocated over 670,000 PLN under the “Dialog” program.
The project is implemented by a consortium with the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw, which consists of a research to provide knowledge of the roles of administrative staff and their work organization and training systems. It will allow the acquired knowledge to be used in practice for improvement employees and work organization systems at various levels of administration.
The assumption of the project is the belief that science is always a collective undertaking, and scientific excellence requires constant cooperation of scientific and administrative employees as well as efficient cooperation of employees from various levels of administration.
