Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń is developing the innovative Digital Research Infrastructure for the Humanities and Art Sciences DARIAH-PL. Thanks to participation in the project, the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń will be able to use modern infrastructure.
In the project, the University will build a network of distributed research laboratories: the Source Laboratory, the Automated Enrichment Laboratory, the Supervised Semantic Discovery Laboratory, the Intelligent Analysis and Interpretation Laboratory and the Advanced Visualization Laboratory. The network will be equipped with modern tools and resources enabling the implementation of interdisciplinary research requiring the use of various materials.
The Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń has been participating in the work of the DARIAH-PL consortium since 2015. The task of the project is the development of digital humanities, acquisition, storage and integration of research data, as well as processing, visualization and sharing of digital resources.
