The Catholic University of Lublin (KUL) and the Polish Catholic Mission in France would like to invite visitors to the official opening of the KUL Study Office for Polish Diaspora and Poles Abroad at the Polish Seminary in Paris on Saturday, 14 January 2023. The event will be accompanied by the conference “Modern Patriotism, how to promote values in today’s world. Contemporary communication challenges, new media and technologies”.

The event will be attended by Bishop Piotr Turzyński, Delegate of the Polish Episcopal Conference for the Pastoral Care of Polish Emigrants, and Revd. Prof. Mirosław Kalinowski, Rector of the Catholic University of Lublin.

The tasks of the newly-opened Office of the Catholic University of Lublin (KUL) will include the organisation of full-time classes in courses, training and post-graduate studies, as well as conferences, symposia, thematic debates, courses and classes in Polish and raising qualifications, e.g. for Polish school teachers. The office will also be a venue for classes and meetings for children and young people from the Polish community.
