If you are a last-year student or a university graduate, or you want to change your current career path, you can apply for an internship Direction: ORLEN program. It is a paid internship program carried out in companies of the ORLEN Group.

An internship is an opportunity to start a professional career in line with your former education. You can choose from 49 internship offers in various professions. The internship lasts 6 months and is held in Płock, Warsaw, Włocławek, Trzebinia, Jedlicze, Katowice and Koszalin.

The tasks of the internship are directly related to the projects implemented in the ORLEN Group, and the intern has the opportunity to participate directly or indirectly in tasks related to the ORLEN Group’s top projects and investments. In addition to substantive tasks, the trainee receives a package of individual training courses developing hard and soft competences and participates in meetings that help to get to know individual ORLEN companies.
