In the academic year 2018/2019, 1050 foreign students will study at the Technical University of Wroclaw. Over 600 students took part in the “Introductory Day”, during which they visited the university, campus and learnt the offer of science clubs operating at the University.
Students were solemnly greeted by Prof. Andrzej Trochimczuk, Vice-Rector for Research and Internationalization – I want to assure everyone that we will do our best to make the time you spend here most enjoyable. In the next few hours you will receive from us a full information packet about the university, science clubs, the library, but also Wrocław. I believe that it will help you organize your stay in our city in the best possible way – said the vice-rector.
In the summer semester there will be over 300 people from abroad who will start their studies. Most of them are students from India, Turkey and Ukraine, but there are also young people from Iraq, Yemen, Colombia, Congo, USA or Zimbabwe.
