Rafał Tomasz Prabucki PhD student and teaching and research worker of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Opole, assistant at the Center for Legal Problems of Technology and New Technologies, has received the Santander-IE Tech4Law scholarship.

He was among 100 young scientists selected from among 450 finalists from 9 countries – incl. USA, UK, Spain, Mexico, Chile, Brazil. Scholarship holders will have the opportunity to participate in the High Impact Online program developed by the IE Law School, which aims to enhance and refine the digital and technological skills of future lawyers and policymakers and provide them with the basic tools to understand the driving forces and challenges of legal innovation in the digital era.

To receive the scholarship, the doctoral student had to pass the Blockchain / AI knowledge test, and in the final of the competition, he wrote a short paper on biometrics.
