PhD students of the Faculty of Economics and Management of the University of Szczecin presented their scientific achievements during the International Scientific Conference “WEI International Academic Conference on Business, Economics, Management and Finance” at the Harvard Faculty Club in Boston.

Martyna Kostrzewska prepared the presentation “Customer satisfaction in the e-service market”, in which she assessed the level of e-service customer satisfaction by identifying gaps between customer expectations and their fulfillment by online service companies. Daria Wrukowska in her presentation “Educating the elderly people on the use of information and communications technologies in the field of e-health” analysed the global aging process.

Their participation in the conference was possible thanks to the international program of scholarship exchange of PhD students and academic staff of the PROM National Agency for Academic Exchange.
