The chairman of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) announces the ninth competition for the best doctoral dissertation in the field of financial market. The participants of the competition can be authors of doctoral dissertations written in Polish, based on which they received their doctoral titles in the Republic of Poland in 2019.

The aim of the competition is to inspire the development of the financial market and its innovativeness by increasing the interest of the academic community in issues related to the organization and functioning of the financial market as well as supervision over this market. The competition is an example of the implementation of the statutory tasks of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority regarding the undertaking of educational activities in the field of the functioning of the financial market.

The organizer of the competition is the Office of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. Applications can be sent until August 17; the ceremonial announcement of results and the awarded winners will be presented no later than November 30.
