– Without technologies that create a competitive advantage in the global economy, entrepreneurs will lose. And we want to provide these technologies – said Piotr Dardziński, President of the Łukasiewicz Research Network.

Piotr Dardziński explained that the Łukasiewicz Network was created to provide entrepreneurs with easier access to Polish scientists. He added that scientists in research institutes do not teach, do not work at universities, but only conduct research. In the case of the Network’s institutes, they should help entrepreneurs.

Dardzinski noted that the Network includes various entities dealing, for example, with the leather, wood and cosmic industries. He explained that although some centers have traditional names, such as the Foundry Institute, but they deal with modern technologies.
