Ministry of Education and Science issued an agreement to launch a medical faculty at the Mazovian Public Higher School in Plock.

The intention to create a medical faculty was announced by MUP in Płock back in May, when the Rector, Prof. Maciej Słodki sent a set of documents to the Ministry of Education and Science concerning the consent for the creation of a uniform master’s degree course in medicine.

The application totalled more than two thousand pages, and in the case of a positive decision by the Ministry of Education and Science and then by the Polish Accreditation Committee, the first students in the medical faculty (about 60) could start their studies in October 2023.

As a reminder, from 1 October 2022, the Mazovian Public Higher School will be transformed into the Mazovian Academy in Plock.
